Dear Hub SysOp: When you are working with a node, it is much easier and more professional to fill in this handy form and upload it to the node's BBS (or have the node pick it up from your BBS). Please look for entries delimited with < > angle-brackets and fill in the information for new nodes to use. Also please fill in the blanks where indicated. This will save phone calls, mixed-up conference selections, and other time and money items. The <HUB-TO-NODE CONFERENCE> item is an idea you don't have to follow. If you'd like to be able to message with your nodes *away* from the network itself, it's easier to have a special conference you require your nodes to carry. This conference would of course be private, between just you (sysops). If you aren't interested in this idea, please locate the paragraph about it, and delete it plus the information at the bottom of this file. Thank you. ---------------snip snip --------> The Echo Mail Hub Kit P&BNet P&BNet P&BNet P&BNet P&BNet P&BNet P&BNet P&BNet P&BNet P&BNet P&BNet Welcome to <YOUR BBS HERE>! I hope the network you've joined will be a popular addition to your system. If you have any problems or questions, I'll be more than happy to help as much as I can. The information in this file should help you get everything set up with a minimum of calling into the system to check various settings. Once you get eveything set up and running smoothly, we'll be happy to set you for pre-scanned packets so you don't have to waste any extra time on-line. Simply email me in the <HUB-TO-NODE> conference #<NUMBER> and I'll set you up for pre-scans. Pre-scanned packets are usually created by <TIME> <TIME ZONE i.e., Eastern Time>.
